Simon and Garlic-Funkle Chicken
- 3 tablespoons parsley
- 3 tablespoons sage
- 3 tablespoons rosemary
- 3 tablespoons thyme
- 3 tablespoons garlic salt
- 1 chicken (whole or cut up)
- Mix all spices together in a plastic bag.
- Add chicken to bag (easiest if the chicken is cut up) and shake until chicken is completely covered.
- Sear chicken in a hot frying pan for a minute or two on each side.
- Bake chicken at 400 for about 40 minutes.
- Eat.
