Sea Bass Ceviche

  1. Cube fish (1/2") and place in bowl.
  2. Pour lime & lemon juices.
  3. Cover and let sit 1 hour.
  4. Add chopped onions, peppers, & parsley.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Cover & refrigerate 2 hours.
  7. Add olive oil, salt & pepper.
  8. Serve on tostadas with fresh avocados.
