Garlic Soup Ii

  1. Heat oil in large pan; add garlic.
  2. Cook over gentle heat 1 to 2 minutes until soft but not brown.
  3. Add breadcrumbs and cook over medium heat 3 minutes or until they turn a light golden brown.
  4. Add tomatoes, paprika, chilli powder and water.
  5. Bring to the boil; simmer, covered, 30 minutes.
  6. Add eggs in a thin stream to simmering soup.
  7. Cook over low heat 2 minutes longer.
  8. Pour into serving bowl, sprinkle over parsley and serve.
  9. Serve hot and heavily seasoned.
