Almond Crusted Chicken Breasts Dijon

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Place chicken in 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Mix mayo and mustard until blended; spread onto chicken.
  4. Combine cracker crumbs and nuts; sprinkle over chicken.
  5. Bake 20 to 25 min.
  6. or until chicken is done (165F).
