Best ever oatmeal pancakes
- 100 grams oatmeal flakes
- 20 grams buckwheat flour (or any other kind)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1 tbsp coconut fat
- 2 eggs
- 1 a pinch of salt-n-peppa
- 1 apple decored and sliced into thin slices
- 100 grams black sweet raisins
- Add the oatmeal, buckwheat & cinnamon to a mixer and mix it rather coars
- Add milk & coconut fat to the dry mixture
- Split the yoke and egg white.
- Put the yokes with rest of the mixture.
- Add some salt-n-peppa too.
- Beat the egg whites till smooth and fluffy.
- Gently mix in the smooth and fluffy egg whites with the rest of the mixture.
- Decore the apple, peal and cut it into thin skices.
- Put some rasins into your ladle.
- Take a big dip from the mixture and when your dip lands in a preheated pan press the apple slices into the mixture.
