Easy Teriyaki Chicken Balls

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Mix meat, onions, soy sauce, ginger and half of the coating mix until well blended.
  3. Shape into 16 balls; sprinkle evenly with remaining coating mix.
  4. Place, in single layer, on foil-covered baking sheet.
  5. Bake 15 min.
  6. or until meatballs are no longer pink in centres.
  7. Meanwhile, prepare rice as directed on package.
  8. Spoon onto serving plate; top with the meatballs.
