Easy Teriyaki Chicken Balls
- 1 lb. ground chicken Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1-1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 pouch (1/2 of 192-g pkg.) Shake'N Bake Teriyaki Glaze Coating Mix, divided
- 1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Mix meat, onions, soy sauce, ginger and half of the coating mix until well blended.
- Shape into 16 balls; sprinkle evenly with remaining coating mix.
- Place, in single layer, on foil-covered baking sheet.
- Bake 15 min.
- or until meatballs are no longer pink in centres.
- Meanwhile, prepare rice as directed on package.
- Spoon onto serving plate; top with the meatballs.
