Thanksgiving Cranberry Pie Recipe

  1. Prepare pie crust in 9 inch pie pan as directed.
  2. Dissolve Jello in boiling water, add in orange juice.
  3. Let stand till thickened (chill) about 5 min.
  4. Stir in cranberry sauce.
  5. Spoon into pie crust.
  6. Refrigeratetill set, about 30 min.
  7. Pour lowfat milk into bowl, add in pudding and beat with wire whisk till well blended.
  8. Let stand till slightly thickened.
  9. Mix in whip cream; gently spread over Jello mix.
  10. Refrigeratetill hard, 2 hrs.
