Yum Yummy vegetable soup
- 32 oz swansons vegetable broth
- 8 cup water
- 6 each chicken bouillon cube
- 3 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp basil
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 medium lemon juice
- 1/2 large red onion diced
- 1/2 large sweet onion diced
- 1/2 packages small carrots
- 1 packages sliced mushrooms
- 1 large green pepper sliced medium squares
- 2 small persian cucumbers sliced in circles
- 6 stick celery diced
- 5 medium potatoes cute into medium pieces
- 1 can tomatoes
- 6 oz tomato paste (basil, oregano,garlic)
- 3 large corn cobs cracked in 3s
- Use a large soup pan on medium high heat.
- Add water, broth and boullion cubes bring to boil.
- While waiting for broth to start boiling add spices, tomato paste and lemon juice.
- When mixture comes to boil add all vegetables including can tomatoes.
- Reduce heat to medium and cook uncovered for 1 hour and 30 min.
- Add honey and sugar last 15 min of cooking
