Honey Pork

  1. Combine first six ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Use half of that mixture to marinate the pork roast (I used a ziplock bag) for at least a couple of hours.
  3. Sear on all sides in an oven-proof skillet.
  4. Bake at 400% for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Use a meat thermometer to make sure it has reached a safe temperature.
  6. Drizzle remaining hoisin mixture on meat.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds.
