Potatoes With Chicken & Bacon Cream
- 4 medium Potatoes
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 cup Bacon
- 2 cup Cooked chicken
- 1 can Heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Shoestring potato (optional)
- 1 Nutmeg
- 1 Salt
- 1 Black pepper
- Peel and cook the potatoes until tender
- Chop the garlic and the bacon, and sauteed both together.
- Add the cooked meat (in this pic I used my left over turkey from Thanksgiving)
- Cook well for about 10 minutes
- Add the whipping cream and the milk until you reach your desired consistency.
- Season with ground nutmeg salt and black pepper
- Place 2 cooked potatoes in a bowl and cut into big squares
- Add the cream on top of the potatoes
- Lastly add the shoestring potatoes and serve.
