Potatoes With Chicken & Bacon Cream

  1. Peel and cook the potatoes until tender
  2. Chop the garlic and the bacon, and sauteed both together.
  3. Add the cooked meat (in this pic I used my left over turkey from Thanksgiving)
  4. Cook well for about 10 minutes
  5. Add the whipping cream and the milk until you reach your desired consistency.
  6. Season with ground nutmeg salt and black pepper
  7. Place 2 cooked potatoes in a bowl and cut into big squares
  8. Add the cream on top of the potatoes
  9. Lastly add the shoestring potatoes and serve.
