Greek Yogurt Cheesecake

  1. Heat oven to 325F.
  2. Sprinkle graham crumbs onto bottom of 13x9-inch dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  4. Add yogurt; mix well.
  5. Gradually beat in whole eggs and egg whites, mixing after each just until blended; pour into prepared pan.
  6. Bake 55 min.
  7. to 1 hour or until centre is almost set.
  8. Cool completely.
  9. Refrigerate 4 hours.
