My Chicken Penne Pasta

  1. In a pot of boiling water add pasta and salt.
  2. Boil for about 10-12 mins stirring half way through cooking.
  3. Once pasta is cooked, drain and set aside.
  4. In a large sauce pan over medium heat add butter.
  5. Once butter is thoroughly melted add juices saved from canned chicken breast and 1/4 cup juices from peas.
  6. Let it come to a simmer.
  7. Once it comes to a simmer add garlic powder, dried oregano, red pepper flakes.
  8. Stir.
  9. Add pasta and chicken.
  10. Stir for about 1 min and then add red onions, spinach and 1/2 cup of peas.
  11. Stir until juices are completely gone.
  12. Add salt & pepper to taste and serve!
