Sriracha Pumpkin Seeds

  1. Combine oil, Sriracha, soy sauce in a bowl.
  2. Add pumpkin seeds to mixture and stir thoroughly.
  3. Spread on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Sprinkle seasoning salt on for your desired taste.
  5. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Allow to cool and enjoy.
