Hamburger Potato Pie Recipe

• 1 pound grnd beef
• 1 onion, minced
• 1 c. peas
• 2 c. tomatoes
• 1/2 c. catsup
• 2 tbsp. butter
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 5 potatoes, cooked and mashed
• 1 egg

1. Brown onion in butter, remove onion and brown beef with salt and pepper.
2. Place beef and onions, peas, tomatoes and catsup in casserole dish to combine.
3. Mash potatoes, beat in egg and spoon potatoes on top of other mix.
4. Bake in oven at 375 degrees till peaks are golden brown.
