Beef & Broccoli Stir-Fry
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 cup bottled stir-fry sauce
- 1/4 cup PLANTERS Cashews, optional
- Hot cooked MINUTE White Rice (about 3 cups)
- Cook and stir broccoli in oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat 5 minutes or until tender-crisp.
- Add steak strips, sauce and cashews; cover.
- Cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Serve over rice.
