Tranquilo
- 1/4 teaspoon caramel sauce, plus more for rimming glass
- 3 ounces pear nectar
- 2 drops vanilla paste
- 1 1/2 ounces Roca Patron Anejo tequila
- Ice
- Spread caramel sauce over a small plate, then gently twist the rim of a martini glass in the caramel.
- Chill glass.
- In a small saucepan, gently heat pear nectar, caramel and vanilla paste to dissolve.
- Transfer mixture to refrigerator to chill.
- In a mixing glass, stir tequila with 6 ice cubes and strain into a cocktail shaker with no ice.
- Stir in the pear nectar, strain into the caramel-rimmed martini glass and serve immediately.
