Steven's Easy Crab Salad

• 2 (8 ounce) packages imitation crabmeat
• 2 -3 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1 stalk celery
• 3 -4 green onions
• 3 -4 shakes of spice islands beau monde spice

1. Shred the crab, chop celery and onions.
2. Mix all together and chill.
3. Very good!
4. The Beau Monde spice should be used to taste as it can make it saltier.
