Spiced Tea

  1. Bring water to boil in a saucepan.
  2. Add spices, cover, and simmer 20 minutes.
  3. Add teabags and steep 10 minutes.
  4. Add milk and heat to drinking temperature-do not boil.
  5. Strain mixture through a cheesecloth or cotton dish towel.
  6. Serve with honey or other sweetener to taste.
