Grilled Mahi-Mahi with Avocado-Melon Salsa

  1. Oil grill rack.
  2. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat).
  3. Toss first 6 ingredients in medium bowl to blend.
  4. Season salsa generously with salt and pepper.
  5. Brush fish with 1 tablespoon oil.
  6. Spread seasoning in dish.
  7. Dredge fish in seasoning, turning to coat.
  8. Grill fish until just opaque in center, about 4 minutes per side.
  9. Serve with salsa.
