Mound Bars Recipe
- 1 1/2 pkg. graham crackers, crushed
- 1 1/4 stick butter
- 1 (7 ounce.) pkg. coconut
- 1 can Eagle Brand lowfat milk
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. chocolate chips, melted
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. butterscotch chips, melted
- Mix graham crackers and butter and press in 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 5 min.
- Combine coconut and lowfat milk and spread over first layer and bake 15 min longer.
- Spread melted chips on top.
- Cold and cut.
