Bride's Casserole Recipe

• 1 lb Lean grnd beef
• 1 sm Onion, minced
• 1 pkt (8-ounce) cream cheese, softened
• 1 can (10.75-ounce) cream of mushroom soup
• 1 can (12-ounce) green beans -or possibly-
• 2 c. Fresh cooked green beans
• 1 jar (2-ounce) pimentos, liquid removed and minced
• 1 tsp Salt Black pepper to taste
• 1 can Refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

1. This recipe was given to me by my husband's grandmother-it's simple and good.
2. Brown meat; drain well.
3. Add in the onion and cook till tender.
4. Stir in cheese and the soup till well blended.
5. Add in the beans, pimentos and the seasonings.
6. Place into a 12" x 8" baking dish.
7. Place the biscuits around the edge of the casserole.
8. Bake at 375 degrees for about 20-25 min or possibly til biscuits are golden.
