Easy Swordfish for two

  1. combine first four ingredients in a small tupperware.
  2. sprinkle in a generous amount of basil and black pepper to taste and mix.
  3. add swordfish.
  4. close container and shake to coat filets well.
  5. marinate for 1 or 2 hours in refrigerator.
  6. grill until done and squeeze lemon over before serving.
