Pesce Giardino - Fish Steaks with Fresh Vegetables
- 8 (3/4) swordfish
- tuna steaks
- 2 firm tomatoes
- 1 sm. sweet onion
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped fine
- 2 tbsp. fresh arugula, chopped fine
- Chop the tomatoes, onion, basil and arugula finely and mix together.
- Drain any liquid from the mixture.
- Grill the fish steaks until properly done, about 5 minutes per side for a 1 inch thick steak (Less for rare tuna).
- Remove from grill.
- Spread a layer of the vegetable mixture over each fish steak.
- Serve Immediately with lemon wedges.
