Pesce Giardino - Fish Steaks with Fresh Vegetables

  1. Chop the tomatoes, onion, basil and arugula finely and mix together.
  2. Drain any liquid from the mixture.
  3. Grill the fish steaks until properly done, about 5 minutes per side for a 1 inch thick steak (Less for rare tuna).
  4. Remove from grill.
  5. Spread a layer of the vegetable mixture over each fish steak.
  6. Serve Immediately with lemon wedges.
