Baked Crabmeat And Avocado Recipe

  1. Heat butter, add in soup and simmer 5 min.
  2. Stir in crabmeat, lowfat milk, salt and pepper and simmer 5 min longer.
  3. Line a baking dish with avocado slices and pour crabmeat mix over avocado.
  4. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and brush with melted butter.
  5. Heat till brown, approximately 15 min at 350 .
  6. Before serving sprinkle with a few drops of anchovy oil and garnish with anchovy strips.
