Hominey Salsita

• 4 roma tomatoes
• 1 diced jalapeno
• 1 bunch chopped cilantro
• 1/2 diced onion
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp garlic salt
• 1/2 tsp chili powder
• 4 cup washed & drained hominey
• 2 tbsp lime juiced
• 2 tsp tajin fruit seasoning
• 1/3 cup water

1. wash & drain hominey.
2. chop all ingredients add to hominey, & add water.
3. Squeeze in lime juice add seasonings to taste.
4. you can also add in diced avocado.
