Creamy Halloumi and Tomato Salad
- 200 g Halloumi cheese, cut into 16 slices
- 1/4 cup Kraft BBQ Ranch Dressing
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers
- 4 cups halved cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves
- Cook cheese slices in large skillet on medium-high heat 4 min.
- on each side or until liquid is cooked off and cheese slices are golden brown on both sides.
- Mix dressing and peppers until blended.
- Arrange cheese slices and tomato halves alternately on platter.
- Drizzle with dressing mixture; top with basil.
