Anchovy and Pine Nut Pizza

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan.
  2. Add onions and garlic, cook over low heat until translucent.
  3. Add sugar, and cook a further 5 minutes or until caramelised.
  4. Spread the pizza bases with tomato paste, then top with onion mixture, anchovies, pine nuts and lemon.
  5. Scatter with chunks of Philly*.
  6. Brush with remaining garlic oil.
  7. Bake in a moderately hot oven 200C for 15 minutes or until crisp and golden.
  8. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
