Easy Cantaloupe Salsa

  2. Mix all ingredients (except the chips and oil) in a medium glass or ceramic bowl.

  4. Add olive oil until salsa is juicy, or to your taste.

  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  8. It is okay to eat right away, but if you let it sit covered in the fridge for an hour or two, the flavors will meld and be more delicious!
  9. Serve with chips.
