Audrey's Tater Tot Casserole (Mom's Sister) Recipe

• 3 lb hamburger
• 4 x Large eggs
• 1 sm onion salt and pepper to taste
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup or possibly cream of chicken
• 1 bag tater tots

1. Mix all together and pat in the bottom of a greased pan.
2. Pour: 1 can cream of mushroom soup or possibly cream of chicken soup over top of meat.
3. Top: with tater tots and bake at 350 F. for about 45 mins.
4. When I use 6 lbs.
5. of grnd beef, I use both cans of soup over the top.
