Buffalo Chicken Nachos

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Dump the chips into a baking pan.
  3. I use my 9 x 13 inch cake pan, but you can use a glass pan or something bigger.
  4. Next, dump as much cheese and wing sauce on the chips as you can stand or want.
  5. If you are feeding this to children, go easy on the wing sauce.
  6. It gets hot!
  7. Be sure that all of the chips are coated.
  8. Dice the tomatoes, onion, chicken and pepper.
  9. Add those to the top of the chip mixture.
  10. Finally, diced the cilantro and sprinkle the cilantro over the top of the chips and veggie mixture.
  11. Bake in your oven for 7-10 minutes, depending on your preference.
  12. Serve hot.
  13. Note: you can make this with hot sausage as well.
  14. I made it with hot sausage in my picture.
