Buffalo Chicken Nachos
- 4 pieces Chicken Breast
- 2 whole Tomatoes
- 1/2 whole Onion
- 2 whole Green Pepper
- 1 bag Nacho Chips
- 1 jar (9 Oz. Jar) Nacho Cheese
- 1 jar (12 Oz. Jar) Buffalo Wing Sauce
- Chopped Cilantro, to taste
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Dump the chips into a baking pan.
- I use my 9 x 13 inch cake pan, but you can use a glass pan or something bigger.
- Next, dump as much cheese and wing sauce on the chips as you can stand or want.
- If you are feeding this to children, go easy on the wing sauce.
- It gets hot!
- Be sure that all of the chips are coated.
- Dice the tomatoes, onion, chicken and pepper.
- Add those to the top of the chip mixture.
- Finally, diced the cilantro and sprinkle the cilantro over the top of the chips and veggie mixture.
- Bake in your oven for 7-10 minutes, depending on your preference.
- Serve hot.
- Note: you can make this with hot sausage as well.
- I made it with hot sausage in my picture.
