Grilled Octopus to go - by DW

  1. In a bowl: mix olive oil, oragano, chilli pepper, 1 tablespoon of salt.
  2. Set aside this as it will be used as a rub later on.
  3. Clean octopus and put in stock pot with all the remainder of the ingredients.
  4. Boil until tender
  5. Once octopus is tender, remove it from stock and drain.
  6. Apply the rub.
  7. Let it marinate for 10 minutes then grill until desired.
  8. Remove from grill and drizzle with olive oil and fresh lemon.
