Monkey Bread Recipe

  1. Butter a bundt pan and sprinkle pecans on bottom and sides of pan.
  2. Arrange dinner rolls in pan; sprinkle on dry instant pudding mix.
  3. Heat butter; add in sugar and lowfat milk.
  4. Stir to blend.
  5. Pour mix over rolls.
  6. Cover and let rise overnight.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees 25 min.
  8. Invert onto plate; scrape any nut/caramel mix out of pan and spread back on roll tops.
  9. Very good for breakfast or possibly coffee parties.
  10. I only use one package of rolls or possibly it cooks out of pan.
