Cashew Sesame Noodles
- 1/2 cups Cashews
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Seasoned Rice Vinegar

- 1 teaspoon Sugar (I Use Unbleached Organic Cane Sugar)
- 1/4 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
- 13 cups Water

- Cooked Pasta Of Your Choice, Enough For 4 Servings
- Place all ingredients except toasted sesame oil in the jar of a blender.
- Blend on high for 45-60 seconds.
- Turn the blender to medium low and slowly drizzle in the sesame oil.
- Note: The sauce will be thin, but thickens very quickly when heated.
- Pour the sauce into a microwave safe bowl and heat on high for 45-60 seconds.
- Toss with cooked, drained pasta of your choice.
- My favorite is whole wheat spaghetti!
