Cashew Sesame Noodles

  1. Place all ingredients except toasted sesame oil in the jar of a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 45-60 seconds.
  3. Turn the blender to medium low and slowly drizzle in the sesame oil.
  4. Note: The sauce will be thin, but thickens very quickly when heated.
  5. Pour the sauce into a microwave safe bowl and heat on high for 45-60 seconds.
  6. Toss with cooked, drained pasta of your choice.
  7. My favorite is whole wheat spaghetti!
