Breakfast Casserole

  1. Cook & drain sausages.
  2. Mix all ingredients, except sausage, bread, & cheese.
  3. Butter a 3-quart casserole dish & layer bread, sausage, & 1 1/2 cups cheese in dish.
  4. Cover with liquid mixture.
  5. Top with remaining cheese.
  6. Refrigerate overnight.
  7. Take out 1 hour prior to cooking.
  8. Bake 1 hour at 350F.
  9. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
