Smart-Choice Easy Raspberry Truffle Pudding Pie

  1. Spread preserves onto bottom of crust; top with 1 cup raspberries.
  2. Beat pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.
  3. (Pudding will be thick.)
  4. Stir in COOL WHIP; spread over raspberries in crust.
  5. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  6. Top with remaining raspberries just before serving.
