Beefy Dumplings #1

  1. Finely mince green onions.
  2. Combine all filling ingredients squeezing to combine well.
  3. Dip a finger in water and run it around the edge of your wrapper.
  4. Drop 1 1/2t of filling into the center of your wrapper and pinch closed.
  5. Place dumplings on baking sheet and cover with plastic wrap.
  6. (At this point the dumplings can be frozen and transferred to a plastic bag.)
  7. Arrange a single layer of dumplings in a steamer basket and steam over boiling water for 7 minutes.

lean ground beef, green onions, soy sauce, mirin, ground pepper, sesame oil, cornstarch, wonton wrappers
