Beer Batter
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1-1/2 cup chilled beer
- Sift together the dry ingredients, then whisk in beer until smooth.
- Cover and set in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Whisk again before using.
