You'd Never Know It Vegetarian Chili

  1. Heat a small skillet to about medium.
  2. Add the burger crumbles and allow to heat through.
  3. Add chili seasoning packet/seasoning blend and a cup or so of water (read package directions first if using preblended spice).
  4. Allow to simmer for about 5 minutes or until the liquid is heated well.
  5. Empty beans into a large stockpot and begin to heat on medium.
  6. Add the burger-crumble mixture to the beans.
  7. Allow all of this to simmer for at least 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. If desired, add extra water and chili powder.
  9. Serve hot with rice or crackers or over pasta.
  10. Enjoy!
