Steamed Kabocha and Carrot Cake

  1. Microwave the unpeeled kabocha for 4 minutes in the silicon mould.
  2. Wash and grate the unpeeled carrot.
  3. Mash the kabocha with a spatula or spoon.
  4. Knead the butter and mix in the honey, one tablespoon at a time.
  5. Add all the ingredients, mix well, and pour the batter into the silicon mould.
  6. Put the lid on and steam in the microwave for 5-6 minutes.
  7. This is it!
  8. It's large so it takes a while to cook right through.
  9. If it's still only half-cooked, slice it and steam each portion separately!
  10. Wrap the leftover slices and keep in the freezer.
  11. Just warm them up in the microwave and enjoy!
