Maryanne's Cheesecake
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 32 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 stick butter softened
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 x lemon zest
- 2 cups graham cracker pie crust
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 23 cup butter (salt), melted
- Mix crust ingredients and fill a large spring pan.
- Beat filling together until smooth.
- Fill crust, Bake 90 min @ 225 degrees.
- Open door and let cool slowly, Best made 2 to 3 days in advance
