15-Minute Marinade for Frozen Egg Yolks

  1. Put the uncooked eggs in a plastic bag, chill them in the freezer, and let sit overnight.
  2. Remove the eggs from the freezer, defrost them in the plastic bag (for about 3 hours at room temperature), and separate the egg whites and yolks.
  3. Place the egg yolks in the combined ingredients, tightly cover them with plastic wrap, and marinate for about 15 minutes, flipping them over once.
  4. Place the egg yolks in a bowl, drizzle on some of the marinated sauce, and serve.
  5. Eat it in tiny bites!
  6. They are also delicious marinated with sashimi, such as squid or pink shrimp!
