Avocado Tomato Crisps
- 1 12 ounces about 3 tbsp. mashed avocados
- 2 large wasa, crispbread crackers with 80 calories
- 2 tablespoons bagged sun-dried tomatoes, chopped (not packed in oil)
- salt, black pepper, garlic powder
- In a small bowl, mix avocado with a dash of each of the seasonings.
- Evenly spread mixture onto the crackers, and sprinkle with chopped tomatoes.
- MAKES 1 SERVING.
