Cracked Up Cheesy Onion Dip
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Vidalia Onion, Chopped
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 dash (generous) Dried Italian Seasoning
- 1 pinch Salt
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cube cream cheese and place in large bowl.
- Allow to soften.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and stir well, making sure cream cheese is blended well.
- Spray a shallow baking dish with nonstick spray and spread the mixture evenly in dish.
- Bake on middle rack at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until the top of the dip is golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve with tortilla chips or a hearty cracker and watch it disappear!
