Orange Ambrosia

  1. Slice the ends of each orange, and remove all the peel and pith.
  2. Slice each orange 1/4 inch thick and arrange on a platter.
  3. Sprinkle with Grand Marnier.
  4. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Remove 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
  6. Uncover and sprinkle with the shredded coconut.
