Orange Ambrosia
- 6 navel oranges
- 1/2 cup Grand Marnier
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut
- Slice the ends of each orange, and remove all the peel and pith.
- Slice each orange 1/4 inch thick and arrange on a platter.
- Sprinkle with Grand Marnier.
- Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Remove 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
- Uncover and sprinkle with the shredded coconut.
