Sybil's Light Mayonnaise Recipe

  1. Place all ingredients except oil in blender.
  2. Blend on high speed, slowly adding oil while blender is running.
  3. Mix will become very thick.
  4. Store in refrigerator in tightly covered container.
  5. Mayonnaise will keep for several weeks.
