Lentil Salad with Tomato & Sunflower Seeds
- 8 cups fresh chopped spinach leaves
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 4 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 3 cups lentils cooked or canned without added salt
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing
- 1/2 cup PLANTERS Sunflower Kernels
- 4 medium oranges
- 2 16 fl oz bottles , favorite flavor
- Toss spinach, greens, tomatoes and lentils with dressing.
- Sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
- Divide evenly onto 4 plates.
- Complement each salad with an orange for dessert.
- Serve meal with an 8 fl oz glass of CRYSTAL LIGHT per person.
