Lentil Salad with Tomato & Sunflower Seeds

  1. Toss spinach, greens, tomatoes and lentils with dressing.
  2. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
  3. Divide evenly onto 4 plates.
  4. Complement each salad with an orange for dessert.
  5. Serve meal with an 8 fl oz glass of CRYSTAL LIGHT per person.
