Smack ya Mama Collard greens with smoke meat

  1. wash greens very well or buy them pre washed in bag
  2. chop to into 2 of 3 inchs
  3. boil smoked meat untill it starts to fall off the bone it may take 30 45 min
  4. dice onion and add
  5. add greens and all ingredients to large pot and let cook down stuff greens in pot it will reduce
  6. cook until greens turn dark green and very tender
  7. after cooking on high for about 45 min turn to low and let simmer for 20
  8. Enjoy these greens so good make u wanna kick ya mama in the face
