Fu-Silly Chili Skillet
- 4 cups uncooked dried fusilli pasta (thin corkscrew or pasta twists)
- 1/2 pound Italian turkey sausage or extra-lean ground beef
- 1 (16-ounce) can chili beans
- 1 (14 1/2-ounce) can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes
- 3/4 cup fat free sour cream
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Drain.
- Cook sausage in 12-inch deep skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 10-12 minutes or until no longer pink.
- Drain off fat.
- Stir in cooked pasta, chili beans and tomatoes.
- Continue cooking 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
- Stir in sour cream; continue cooking 1 minute or until heated through.
