Potato Soup (Using Soup or Sauce Mix)

• 1 14 cups cold water
• 1 cup cooked potato, cubed
• 2 cups non-fat powdered milk
• 34 cup cornstarch
• 14 cup instant chicken bouillon
• 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
• 2 teaspoons italian seasoning

1. Combine 1/3 cup SOS mix with water.
2. Cook and stir on stove top or in microwave until thickened.
3. Add potato cubes.
4. Continue stirring until heated through.
