- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup coarosely grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp 1/8 tsp. sugar
- 1 packages mixed italian greens
- 3 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 small yellow pepper, chopped
- 4 oz pepperoni, chopped
- 2 oz mozzarella, shredded
- preheat oven to 450F, arrange pizza crystal on cookie sheet
- In a small bowl stir together garlic and 1 Tbsp.
